This simple yet flavorful dish features lemongrass, fresh ginger, and garlic, along with fiery red chilies and onions. While many associate cashew chicken with Chinese cuisine, it indeed has its roots in China. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
ππ£π¨ππππ§ πππ₯ : Marinating the chicken at least 30 minutes (or better overnight) enriches its flavor both inside and out. Although the marinade is rich in taste, it mostly covers the surface. For optimal results, make sure the chicken is also seasoned internally.
